Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Any sessions cancelled by GK Fit that are beyond our control – such as adverse weather conditions, issues with the venue, participant illness/injury – will not be refunded. Credit will be given to future bookings for any sessions cancelled by GK Fit Ltd that are within our control – such as coach illness. Participants will be notified via email from info@gkfit.co.uk within 24 hours if a session is cancelled. Cancellations and credits are at the discretion of GK Fit Ltd. Privacy: All information on completed booking forms will be held securely and will only be shared with others who need this information in order to meet the specific needs of the child.
